Face Charts

This was the first face chart i have ever done, it was on regular paper and not the solent face chart paper which has been designed to be used with cream and powder products.

I found that because it was just regular paper it didn't take cream products very well and it caused the colour to go patchy in places and it was very hard to blend.

I found there was a massive difference in using just regular paper and the paper that has been designed for our solent face charts. I wasn't happy with what i did, i made the mistake of drawing on the eyebrows first giving me not a lot of room to create an eyeshadow look. 

Colour Wheel

We were set homework to create makeup looks using the colour wheel. 

Monochromatic: Creating a look using 1 colour.

RED.

Analogous: Creating a look using colours that are next to each other on the colour wheel.

RED, ORANGE, YELLOW.

Complementary: Creating a look using colours that are opposite each other on the colour wheel.

PURPLE, YELLOW.
